Short sessions by role. Use them after the invite, beside the user guide — not instead of approving real work.
Training is a path, not a second product. Owners finish setup. Org admins run people. Pastors walk Sunday into the week. Ministry workers stay inside the flow they serve.
Who should open which session
Start with the session that matches the role on your invite. Read the user guide for Sermon Flow when last Sunday’s recording is ready. Later-flow pages are coming soon — not a session you can complete in the workspace. Status is how the product is built — not a training certificate.
How this path maps to the workspace
- Owners — accept, church setup, invite an org admin, open Sermon Flow.
- Org admins — people, roles, Member QR, and keeping a second key-holder.
- Pastors — transcript, small-group guide, and seven-day study. Knowledge and care come later.
- Ministry workers — Sermon Flow this week. Other flows wait on Status.
