#After you preach

Open Sermon Flow. Start transcription if the sermon is still a recording. Review with Listen, correct names, and add glossary pairs. Approve, then shape the gathering guide and seven days of study. If a name is wrong, fix it before group leaders print anything.

#The church’s own teaching — later

Knowledge Flow will let you ask what you already preached on a theme, with a citation you can open. It is Phase 3 — not a blank-page replacement this week. Keep writing the next sermon yourself.

#Care stays with the team for now

Visits and prayer lists will sit in Ministry Flow when that module ships. Until then, log the hospital visit where the team already trusts the record. The assistant cannot make the visit.
