Training

Accept the platform invite, finish church setup, and invite an org admin so you are not the only key-holder.

The first owner is always platform-issued. Your job is to claim the church, name it, and open the door for the team — not to run every flow alone.

#First week

Accept and sign in
Use the welcome email. Create the account with the owner address.

Finish church setup
Name and city so the workspace is this church, not a blank tenant.

Invite an org admin
A second steward can invite people if you are away or unwell.

Invite pastors and workers
Then open Sermon Flow with last Sunday’s recording.

A church with one owner and no admin gets stuck when that inbox is unavailable. Invite an org admin before you chase every other flow.
