Organization admins
TrainingInvite people, assign pastor / worker / member, and keep the church roster current.
You share steward work with the owner: people, roles, and church settings. You are not a platform super-admin. Platform work stays under /platform for Kairos operators.
People
Search the roster, filter by role or status, and send invites from People. Print the Member QR so visitors can apply. Approve Waiting rows into a member invite. Edit a person when their ministry assignment changes. Remove them when they leave this church.
Roles
Pastor, ministry worker, and member are church seats. Do not invent a fourth product role. Permissions come from membership in the database on each request — not from a remembered token.
